What payment options do you accept for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online purchases.
Can I order by phone or fax?
We would be happy to take your order by phone at 1-800-782-7273; 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday. To help speed ordering, please have your credit card ready and the product names and numbers of your selections.
Note: All phone and fax orders are subject to a minimal handling charge per order.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Sales tax is calculated based on individual state, county and city information. Please add all appropriate sales tax for deliveries to the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA and WI.
How will my package(s) be shipped?
All products are shipped via UPS Ground, unless too large for UPS requirements. In those cases, the order will ship via common carrier. Please note that for larger packages the shipping charges shown when you complete your order will be the UPS oversized rate. If you are ordering for shipments going to AK, HI or an international destination, freight will be calculated using UPS air shipment rate.
When will my order ship?
Typically, all orders ship within 48 hours. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing and delivery.
