Ground Shipping:
All products ship via UPS or Fed ex ground.  You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the time you placed your order.

Priority Shipping:
If you require priority shipping such as overnight or 2nd day air; please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-782-7273, M-F, 8:00am-5:pm CST for further assistance.

Oversized Shipments
A few items on the website may be too large to ship via UPS or the quantity you are purchasing could receive a better freight rate if shipped via common carrier.  In those cases you will be notified during our checkout process that a Customer Care Representative will contact you.  You must click "Place Order" to ensure that your order is received to our Customer Care Center.  Order will not ship until you are contacted with freight cost.
