Terms and Conditions
1) Terms: Net 30 days, Ex-Factory. Order processing and handling charge per shipment ($6.00), for any quantity of cartons to a single destination.
2) If proof of delivery is required, add $5.00 per shipment to cover cost of correspondence and documentation including copy of signed delivery receipt.
3) Client is requested to accept quantity from 5% overrun to 5% underrun for custom products. Charge will be made at quoted rate. On an order terminated by the client, client shall reimburse DCI for all costs to date of termination plus pro-rated overhead costs.
4) Inventory balances at expiration of contract will be charged at $0.52 per cubic foot for the first month and $0.12 per cubic foot for each additional month. First month includes freight to local warehouse, in and out charge and first month storage.
5) Products and colors may NOT be combined or aggregated for volume pricing.
