We are committed to reviewing all freight expensive to give you the best rate. When you place your order if it is unable to ship UPS, a Customer Care Representative will contact you the next business day with your freight rate, total of your order and will obtain your payment information at that time.
RMA Return Form is required; please contact your Customer Service Representative. All return authorizations must be given by DCI prior to return or exchange of merchandise. Commercial Zone® Team Customer Service may authorize. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on merchandise returned (a minimum of $20). Returned merchandise must meet the following parameters:
1) Merchandise must be stock items. No returns of custom products will be authorized.
2) Merchandise must be in salable condition upon receipt at Commercial Zone®.
3) Merchandise must be in original packaging and be an unused product.
4) Purchaser is responsible for freight costs.
5) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
